About us

Established in 2025 O’Neill Leadership provides bespoke coaching and mentorship for first-time executives and CEOs as well as emerging leaders and executives. Professor Susan O’Neill, Founder and Director, provides a personalised program based on six signature leadership principles.

Essentials, Nurture, Restraint, Intention, Clarity and Harmony (EN-RICH). Through EN-RICH, leaders are coached and mentored to:

Meet Susan O’Neill

Susan has worked for more than two decades in executive and CEO roles across public, private, and nonprofit health sectors in SA, NSW, and Victoria.  She has Masters level qualifications in Business Administration and is certified in lean thinking and continuous improvement methodologies. She has proven success in driving cultural change and business transformation with an emphasis on purpose, process and people. This approach has enabled attainment of ambitious goals, business transformations, resilience during crises, improvements in safety and service quality, increased staff engagement, enhanced client satisfaction, strong business growth and profitable financial performance. Susan has been an invited keynote and plenary speaker at national and international events focused on healthcare, manufacturing, construction and service delivery improvement.

Susan is a Professor at the School of Medicine and Public Health at Flinders University, a Wharton Fellow and holds an Executive MBA (RMIT) and Master of Nursing Science (University of Adelaide). Susan is certified in Lean Thinking (University of SA) and has been a Board member of Lean Enterprise Australia and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
